How can I purchase a subscription?

I purchased a subscription but it's not activated, what should I do?

Don’t worry. If you’ve completed the payment but the subscription hasn’t activated, close and reopen the app, then log in using your mobile number from the menu. If it still doesn’t activate, contact support and we’ll follow up as soon as possible.
If the internet was disconnected or a problem occurred during payment, the amount will be refunded to your account within 48 hours.

Will my previous data be deleted after purchase?

No, all your previous invoices will remain unchanged. Only the new features will be added to your app.

Why does the quality of the invoice photo decrease when sending?

I am a content item. Click on the button to edit. Lorem Ipsum is a fabricated text with the simplicity of the printing industry and the use of graphic designers. Printers and texts but also newspapers and magazines in columns and rows as required.

Why does the invoice image lose quality when shared?

When you send the invoice as an image (JPG/PNG) through WhatsApp, Telegram, or similar apps, they compress it to reduce size, lowering the image quality. To keep the quality:

1. Send the invoice as a PDF (this option is available in the golden version).

2. Send the invoice image as a file, not as a regular photo.
